The Employee Appreciation Committee (EAC) is an extended arm of the Employee Recognition Program and was formed in 2006 for the purpose of communicating to employees that our Company values individual and collective contributions toward our success. Employee appreciation events coordinated by the EAC are designed to recognize our team for upholding the values of the organization: Integrity, Accountability, Collaboration, Innovation, Quality and Leadership.

The EAC consists of volunteer representatives from each department within the Company to ensure that contributions made at all levels of the organization and across various functions are given consideration for recognition and/or rewards.
Some of the activity highlights each year include the following:

  • Coordination of charitable events.
  • Corporate-wide sponsored events, various socials and luncheons.
